Things to do, people to see.....

Just getting back into the swing of things. Last week Noah had an ear infection so he & I stayed put for most of the week. I did get out on Wednesday to indulge in a massage/facial Brad had given me as a Christmas present! Feels great to have that knot out of my shoulder blade=thanks to my sweet hubby!!!

On Friday the three of us went to Brad's grandparents to have lunch. I brought some left over lasagne which was made w/ ground turkey. Brad assumed it was made w/ ground beef b/c we have no ground deer meat-NONE-which is going to be interesting with regards to our grocery bill this year. Anyway, he was definitely surprised to know that-imagine how much other healthy stuff I could sneak in if I had the time-HA!

On Saturday evening we enjoyed some shrimp at Jeffery & Tasha's. We were all craving crawfish but they could not find any so we "settled" for shrimp. They were YUMMY!

Trevor & Noah zoned into "Cars"

After church on Sunday, Noah & I headed to BR to see a friend from college. Gina & I spent countless hours studying our way through the nursing program @ LC. It's been nearly 2 years since I had seen Gina. It was nice to get to meet her little boy, Luke, and get somewhat reaquainted (quick trip!)w/ Gina, Pete, and Savannah. Hopefully it won't be quite as long before we meet up again Gina!!
