We had a wonderfully, busy Christmas and New Years between a family reunion, parade, church activities, decorating, playing, shopping, and visting with family and friends. Noah was really into Santa this year, and it was fun to watch his excitement grow as Christmas Day approached.
I am 14 weeks pregnant now, and feeling great. I was extremely tired throughout most of the first trimester, more so than I remember being w/ Noah. I'm sure the holidays had something to do with it. I've had 2 ultrasounds now and everything is fine. Last week I got to hear the baby's heartbeat and it was like I had never heard that sound before. I was so excited and somewhat nervous I have to admit. I guess that feeling never truely goes away.
One of my New Year's goals is to blog more this year to record Noah's growth/achievements and all of our family's feelings as we anticipate the arrival of Baby #2!! (As of now Brad & I are hoping for another little boy, and Noah says he wants 3 babies-two boys, one each for he & Brad, and a girl for me-ha.)
