Three Months Old

This is a tad bit late but I've been a whole lot busy lately. Over the past month both Noah and Ethan have been sick...Noah with what I think was the flu (swine flu?) and Ethan with a little cold. We also found mold in one wall of our house in the dining room about 3 weeks ago and we have slowing been able to get that fixed....still got to get the wood floors replaced.

So in the midst of all this Ethan turned THREE MONTHS on 10/06....and wow he is growing so fast. He has the sweetest and most laid back personality... a "little" different from his older brother =) Although Noah is a sweetie I'm not so sure I would classify him as an easygoing guy right now. Ethan only cries when he is hungry, tired, or trying to have a poopie.

Some things Ethan started doing this past month:

• Sleeping through the night 2-3 nights a week =) (Mommy can not believe it!)


• Smiling a whole bunch


• Laughing, especially at your mommy and mobile


• You enjoy being talked to and you talk (babble) right back!!


• You like watching Baby Einstein and Praise Baby for short intervals, sitting in your bouncy seat, and swinging in your swing.


• You really like for your big brother Noah to talk to you...you crave his attention sometimes. I love to see ya'll interact this way. I pray God gives you both the desire to be best friends one day!!!


• You started staying in the nursery at church during worship service three weeks ago. Your dad and I bring you to Sunday School and you nap then we drop you off and pick Noah up from his SS class for "big church"...the nursery workers say you are wonderful (I already knew that ;)


• You are still taking between 5-6 oz. of formula every 2 1/2-3 hours during the day and napping about 3 times a day. Your nap times vary depending what our day involves but you typically nap for 45min.-1 hour.


• You still like your paci


• Mommy, Daddy & Noah still LOVE you bunches but want you to quit growing so fast (or at least mommy wants you to stay a baby, Daddy and brother are ready to play w/ you and bring you to the camp!!!!)
