Four Months Old

OK I know I am biased of course BUT SERIOUSLY isn't he so cute!!! I could just eat him up...and practically do some days =) This was the very first picture I took...he is almost always smiling unless he is tired or hungry and sometimes when he has a poopy diaper.

I took Ethan to the doctor today...all is great.

Weight=14lb. 12 oz. (50th percentile)
Height= 26 1/2 in. (90th percentile)

I wanted to see how much Noah weighed at his 4 month check-up so I looked in his baby book. Oh yea... he was a big ole' boy....18 lb 9 oz. and he was 26 1/2 inches as well.

Four month info:

• You MUST be starting to teeth...not sleeping quite as well, drooling everywhere.
• You sleep from about 9ish p to around 3:30am and then I either have to go put your pacifier in your mouth several times or rock you back to sleep....some nights you do sleep a solid 7-8 hours.
• I tried you on rice cereal a couple of days the week prior to you turning four months...you did not want any part...so I waited a few days and tried again a couple of days before you turned four months and you did great. Slept better too!!!
• You now take six bottles a day usually and are eating rice cereal. I started you on carrots this week and you really like them.
• Your typical routine is wake around 5/5:30am, take about 2 long naps lasting around an hour and a half and 2 short naps ranging from 30- 45 minutes. You are trying to cut out your second morning nap.
• You have rolled over about 3 times....once in your crib...I found you a couple of weeks ago on your back when I went to check on you. One day this week you almost rolled over on your own I just had to give you a bit of a nudge b/c you were getting so frustrated b/c you couldn't get your arm from underneath you.
• You are all smiles most days...VERY pleasant...lets hope this continues =) Of course I will love you to pieces regardless.
• You love it when I kiss your cheeks...you smile so big when you see me, your daddy, or your brother...that is awesome!!!!!
• You are getting to where you do not enjoy your swing as much
• You like the outdoors.
• You are wearing a size 2 diaper, mostly 3-6 month clothes but some 6 month b/c you are so long!
