Whew! What a BUSY Summer!

Noah took swimming lessons again this summer at the end of June and he did so good! I'm so proud of how well he is swimming and, even more than that, listening and obeying his teacher. He and I have really been working alot on that this summer ("listening with your ears and obeying with your actions") and I think it is finally starting to sink in =) By the last swimming lesson, he was swimming the length of the entire pool!

We bought a camper this summer to leave at the camp during hunting season but we made use of it before Brad brought it up there. We actually went camping three times..one time by ourselves to Indian Creek, one time with my side of the family on Father's Day weekend to Yogi Bear Campground in Lake Charles, and finally a weekend in August at Indian Creek with the Hedricks. Jackson is one of Noah's most favorite friends and they play so well together. It was nice to get away and enjoy the outdoors, even though it was sooooo stinkin' HOT!

The boys being silly....Ethan managed to open the drawer and stand up in it ALL by himself. He is into EVERYTHING and wants to be outside with his daddy and big bro. He also thinks he can do anything Noah can...and I know that too soon for this mama, he most certainly will be able to do just that.
