Ready, Set, Go

(Me @ 36 weeks on Saturday, June 20 before my baby shower )







I had my last MD appt. on Tuesday (6/30) and am set to go with a c-section on July 6th...yippee!! I will be 39 weeks on the 6th. So glad to finally have a date. I'm still not dilated at all (NONE,zippo, nada)...Dr. Hall said Ethan is real comfy in there. I'm so glad but I'm ready to see him. I've been fairly miserable the last 2-3 weeks between the heat, my huge belly, and the problems w/ my blood pressure. No major B/P problems, just up at times but usually just when I overdue it.





Noah is so ready to see his little brother. However I'm pretty sure he believes Ethan is going to come out ready to play from several comments he has made. =) He also feels quite certain he is going to help me feed Ethan (ha) and he told me a few days ago that he and Brad would be sure to come to the hospital to check on me and Ethan when Ethan comes out of my belly!!!! So nice of them huh-ha!!! He cracks me up and I have been trying to soak up as much time w/ him as possible the last few weeks before my next bundle of joy arrives. It has really hit me lately that mine and Noah's "solo" days are numbered and it honestly makes me a tad bit sad. But of course I am OVERJOYED at the opportunity to be a mommy X 2. Can't wait to see my two boys bond!!! Well my 3 boys including hubby...I'm a little outnumbered now!! That's OK, I'm perfectly fine getting so much attention-ha!!




I had a baby shower a couple of weekends ago @ Tasha's house...it was wonderful and I really appreciate all of my sweet family and friends doing this for me. Good food and good time visiting...such fun!!! Got lots of good stuff too!!! I feel so blessed!!!



The morning before the shower we went to my sister's MIL to swim and the kiddos had a blast. I even got in the pool and it felt SO good but I will spare you the sight of this preggo body =) Actually I don't think I have any pics b/c I try to stay away from cameras as much as possible these days!!

This is my fav pic from that morning of Shelby and Sami, two of my favorite nieces. (My other fav niece is on Brad's side and just so you know, I only have 3 nieces-ha!) They are so cute! I wish I had gotten a pic of them showing off their swimming suits-they were precious!!
