Anywho-Brad definitely does not share my passion for LSU football nor my desire to attend a game. He says if Noah learns anything about football it will be b/c I taught him-HA!!!!
Here I am with my $4.99 tote all ready to go to the game!!! Isn't it cutsy??
Brad & I-some silly, tipsy lady tried to get in our picture but Gina just sweetly and politely said "oh no"!

Gina & I got to visit briefly before Brad & I went to meet up with his work associate who gave us tickets. She & I graduated from LC together and have remained in contact throughout the years since graduation. She is a precious friend to me and I have many sweet memories from our days in nursing school. She is currently in grad school working on her master's to become a NP. She is doing a fabulous job juggling her many roles in addition to making great grades!! Not too much longer sweet friend!!
LSU hung on to win but hopefully they will play better in their next game. Mississippi State gave them a good run for their money. I don't believe I will be attending any LSU games with my hubby anytime soon!!! Let's just say it wasn't his cup of tea!!!
On the way down there we stopped at this neat restaurant on Hwy. 190 about 20 minutes from Baton Rouge called "Not your Mama's". Brad & I have been wanting to stop there for some time but were not hungry whenever we passed by. Well we planned to stop there on the trip down to BR and it was well worth stopping. Yummy! Then entrees were HUGE-we could have ordered one and split it. And I can't say enough about the Boudin Balls with the honey jalapeno sauce-so good!! Will definitley plan to stop again!!!
