Last week Rhonda was in Brazil on a mission trip with her church. I stole Sami, my niece, from my parents and my brother-in-law's parents for a night so I could spend some time with her. She and Noah played so well together. The last few times they have spent time together they have been getting along so well. They are so much alike in many ways and both have strong wills so it is nice to see some of that fading @ times (stress on @ times-ha!) Anyhoo I had so much fun with them at the zoo and as you can see, they had a blast. Samantha was more than willing to pose for me which of course I enjoyed since I love taking pictures. She is a little ham for sure!!!

Oh can I say that I am so PROUD of my middle sis. She has a TON going on usually but especially right now w/ some major changes occuring in her life at this time. She took a week off of work to spend time ministering to others and telling people about Jesus. One evening she even had to speak in front of 200+ on the topic of child rearing. It just "so happened" that she had brought along a book by James Dobson regarding this exact topic that Kristin had let her borrow to read on the long plane flights. She was named "missionary of the week" by the missionary the group was assisting!! Of course she & I both know God worked through her but I'm still so stinkin' proud of her for choosing to follow God's call to go on this trip and the sacrifices it took for her to do so!!
